Hi, I’m Jacob Thomas. I grew up in Charlotte, NC, and later moved to Concord for high school. Growing up in these communities taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and looking out for the people around you. After high school, I dedicated several years to serving in law enforcement, including during the unprecedented challenges of COVID. That experience reinforced my commitment to helping others, being detail-oriented, and staying calm under pressure—skills that now translate perfectly into home inspections.

I’m excited to start the next chapter as a home inspector. My mission is simple: to provide homeowners and buyers with clear, honest, and thorough information so they can make informed decisions with confidence. I take pride in being approachable and friendly, guiding clients through every step of the inspection process, answering questions, and making what can feel overwhelming as simple and understandable as possible.
